GOLD INDUSTRIES as a manufacturer providing the environment with innovative vitality has been making efforts to develop and offer a number of resource-saving and energy-saving products including carrier reels as one of the major products of GOLD INDUSTRIES, with consideration of production harmonized with the global environment. We have recently started promoting plastic-made carrier reels in place of paper-made ones along with an approximately 30% weight reduction of various reel products in the aim of providing environment-friendly products.
We have been expanding our business activities centered on packing materials for the automatic mounting of electronic parts and devices. Recently, we have been further expanding our business activities to cover transportation materials in general, which include plastic cores of carrier tapes, LCD devices, and wafer cases for the shipping of semiconductor wafers. We set up global market strategies, and we have been expanding our production and sales bases overseas.
"Failure is part of growth, and you can lead a pleasant life in any circumstances as long as you do your best." This is what I said at the time of the company's 40th anniversary celebration. Our company is still developing for a further business expansion. We may fail many times as we did in the past. However, we have a strong will not to give up or hold back, and will continue providing products and services satisfying customers like we did so in the past, under your kind cooperation and patronage.
